Return Window
Mokshoo offers a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery for eligible products. To qualify, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice or order proof.
Eligible Products
- Products with size, fit, color, or style concerns may be exchanged or returned within the return window.
- Products received with a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or transit damage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Sale products may be eligible for exchange only unless clearly mentioned otherwise during purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
- Used, washed, altered, stained, perfumed, or damaged items.
- Products without original tags, packaging, or purchase proof.
- Customized, final-sale, hygiene-sensitive, or specially sourced products where return is not offered.
- Items damaged due to customer handling, incorrect washing, or normal wear and tear.
How To Request A Return
- Contact Mokshoo support through WhatsApp or the Contact page within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your name, order details, product name, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through pickup, self-ship, exchange, or refund steps.
Refunds And Exchanges
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method or another approved method. Refund timelines may vary depending on payment provider and bank processing time.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we will help you choose an alternative product or refund option where applicable.
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective product, Mokshoo will assist with return shipping. For size, preference, or change-of-mind returns, shipping or pickup charges may be deducted or requested before processing, depending on the order location and return method.
Please keep the product safely packed until the return is completed. Items failing quality inspection may be sent back to the customer.
