We have an exciting opportunity as a Senior Director of Health & Wellness. As the leader of Employee Health & Wellness at Cincinnati Children's, you are pivotal in fostering a culture of health, wellness, and safety among our workforce.

This position will have the following responsibilities:

· Leads the Employee Health Clinic, responsible for conducting post-offer onboarding screenings for new hires and ensuring compliance with health standards and vaccination requirements.

· Leads the Absence Management Team, responsible for designing and administering employee leave programs.

· Oversees workers' compensation and ADA processes.

· Oversees the onsite acute care clinic for employees. (outsourced)

· Is a key contributor to the development and management of the organizational strategy for employee wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare administration, occupational health, and wellness program development.

Salary: $ 64.00 103.00 Per Hour
