Salary: $85,150 - 153,925 per year Requirements:

• I am looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor’s degree and has at least 4 years of experience; however, additional years of directly relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree. You must possess an active DoD IAT Level II certification by your start date (e.g., Sec+). The candidate should have experience in operating and maintaining a range of security tools that support a robust cybersecurity posture and provide related services, including the development and maintenance of all necessary documentation and artifacts, especially focused on IAM/IdM tools. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a capacity to break down complex issues into actionable steps are essential. Familiarity with selecting effective methods and evaluation criteria to achieve desired outcomes is required, along with an understanding of federal cybersecurity guidelines. Experience with Solaris OS and Oracle Unified Directory, as well as knowledge of networking concepts such as firewalls, service ports, and the OSI model, is also crucial. Proficiency in tools such as Apache Microsoft IIS, Apache Tomcat, Oracle RDBMS, MS SQL Server, Oracle Server Directory, Microsoft AD, Bash, Java, Perl, and PowerShell will be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I will expect you to operate and maintain the integration and implementation of Identity Management and Access Control Systems/Solutions. You will support Compliance Monitoring and Remediation and implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and/or Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions as needed, along with other cybersecurity tools in accordance with DoDI 8520.02, DoDI 8520.03, and other relevant policies and regulations. Additionally, you will manage security solutions and related technologies for clients, administer Linux (Solaris) and Windows environments, and oversee Oracle Unified Directory (OUD). You will interact with information assurance personnel to support cybersecurity initiatives throughout the program. Moreover, you will assist the Authorizing Official (AO) by providing supporting documents and artifacts for various security tools as per RMF defined in NIST 800-37 revision 2 and related agency-specific RMF requirements. You will be responsible for contributing to an Audit and Accountability Plan that includes methods, procedures, and planned reviews for continuous accreditation and authorization against AU family controls in alignment with NIST SP 800-53 guidance. Lastly, I will look to you to operate integrated solutions and enhance operational processes for evaluating, monitoring, remediating, and/or documenting information system security vulnerabilities or incidents, as well as reviewing and recommending updates to existing security tools, policies, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, experience in cybersecurity tool integration and IAM/IdM certifications are highly preferred. Experience in hardening systems and applications is advantageous, and additional certifications demonstrating cybersecurity or technical mastery in other areas would be a plus. Familiarity with Solaris Administration within a Sailpoint IdM implementation would be ideal.

Pay Range:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $85,150.00 - $153,925.00. Please note that this pay range acts as a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation. Factors that will be considered in extending an offer include job responsibilities, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
