You will play a crucial role in driving technical perfection and innovation. Your contributions will improve our data infrastructure ensuring detailed operations and impactful outcomes for our clients and society. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using Python to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. + Supervise the deployment and management of Azure Databricks ensuring robust data processing and analytics capabilities. + Provide authoritative administration of Hadoop clusters ensuring high availability and performance for data-driven applications. + Collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate Cloudera Data Platform solutions enhancing data management and accessibility. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and configurations. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data management and security. + Solve and resolve sophisticated technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring flawless operations. + Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Conduct regular performance assessments of data systems implementing enhancements as needed. + Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and requirements. + Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies and methodologies in data management. + Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders ensuring transparency and understanding. + Supervise industry trends and advancements recommending pivotal initiatives to maintain competitive advantage. **Qualifications** + Possess proven experience in Python Automation demonstrating the ability to develop efficient and scalable solutions. + Have in-depth knowledge of Azure Databricks with a demonstrable record of successful deployments and management. + Demonstrate expertise in Hadoop Administration ensuring high performance and reliability of data systems. + Show proficiency in Cloudera Data Platform with experience in integrating and optimizing data solutions. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to fix and resolve sophisticated technical issues. + Display good interpersonal skills capable of optimally collaborating with teams with multifaceted strengths and partners. **Certifications Required** + Cloudera Certified Administrator for Apache Hadoop (CCAH) Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate **Salary and Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is ($109,000- 133,000) depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
