We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Newark, DE. Our ideal chiropractor is interested in an integrated practice, passionate about chiropractic and living a healthy lifestyle, and an amazing adjuster who is also open to learning and utilizing modalities other than adjustments. We offer a total care center, where patients restore their body's natural balance with chiropractic care, rehabilitation, exercise, nutrition education, mental health counseling, as well as advanced therapies including cold laser, electrical stimulation, massage, and acupuncture.
Duties:
-Perform initial exams and re-exams/new patient and existing (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
-Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
-Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
-Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
-Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
-Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalities
-Supervise therapies and rehab
-Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
-Work cooperatively with team, chiropractic assistants, and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
-Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
-Internal Marketing
Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
-Active Chiropractic license in DE
Schedule:
-Full time
-40-42/hr work week
Salary (range):
-$102,000-$111,000
